"When I was a kid in the north end of Boston there
were two major influences in my life, singing in the church just steps from
where I lived, and food! It was everywhere and it was amazing! I lived on the
fourth floor, and from my window right across the street I could see the Regina
Pizzeria. To the left on one corner was a small grocery store and on the other
corner still in view was Tony the butcher where we got all our meat packaged
fresh right on the spot. I can also visualize, as I write, the times I would
watch my mom roll out the fresh dough and make home made pasta which was to die
for. These were the inspirations that gave me my passion for singing and
cooking, and you can see that passion in this tv pilot. So sit back and enjoy
twenty two minutes of great recipes coming right into your living room, and
don't forget the wine!"
